Anyone who knows me even the smallest amount knows about my unhealthy eating habits. Day 1 was absolute hell. Not only was I hungover but every craving I had consisted of some sort of processed food or beverage. Here is what I had yesterday
Breakfast:
2 handfuls of pistachio nuts
Lunch:
Lettuce Wrap- turkey, sprouts, tomato
Snack:
Spaghetti Sauce no noodles
Dinner:
Grapes, 1/4 baked potato, peas
Normally thats one one meal for me but considering I was hungover I wasnt very hungry.
Day 2 BRING IT!
